The first half of 2021: Madeira experienced a 14.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Madeira rose by $43,950 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,500 - a 14.6% increase over the $300,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Madeira in the first half of 2020.
