Home prices unchanged in Montgomery during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Montgomery was unchanged while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000. There were 69 homes sold in Montgomery in the first half of 2020, and the median sales price for the period was also $410,000.
