Terrace Park home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Terrace Park rose by $88,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $551,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Terrace Park in the first half of 2020.
