The one bedroom, one bathroom home at 3041 Pavlova Drive, Groesbeck was sold on July 6 by David K. and Ramona J. Miller for $160,000. The buyer was Zachary W. Lindros.

So far in July 2021, three properties sold in Groesbeck.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, David Keith Miller has been registered to vote since 2012. Ramona J Miller has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
