On July 7, Joel Kristopher and Lois Grace Parks Clark purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 5117 Warren Ave., Norwood from Jack T. and Lucia R. Kennedy for $152,500.

This property is one of six sales so far in Norwood in July 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jack Timothy Kennedy has been registered to vote since 2012. Lucia R Kennedy has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5117 Warren Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jack Timothy Kennedy, 69, Lucia R Kennedy, 64, and Rebecca Elizabeth Emody, 41.
