June 2021: Lincoln Heights experienced a 41.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Lincoln Heights fell by $13,810 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,690 - a 41.2% decrease over the $33,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Heights in June 2020, as well.
