Home prices decreased in Elmwood Place during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Elmwood Place fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,000 - a 46.2% decrease over the $72,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Elmwood Place in June 2020.
