Median home prices in St. Bernard fell to $87,250 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in St. Bernard fell by $32,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,250 - a 27.3% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Bernard in June 2020.
