North College Hill median home prices rose by 7.4% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in North College Hill rose by $7,550 while total sales increased by 425%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $102,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in North College Hill in June 2020.
