The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Sycamore Township fell by $68,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 31.5% decrease over the $218,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Sycamore Township in June 2020.
