Springdale home prices rose in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Springdale rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Springdale in June 2020.
