What happened to the median home price in Kenwood during June 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Kenwood rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 7% increase over the $350,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kenwood in June 2020.
