Home prices increased in Symmes Township during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $102,450 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,950 - a 32.3% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Symmes Township in June 2020.
