Median home prices in Wyoming rose to $421,259 in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Wyoming rose by $72,259 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,259 - a 20.7% increase over the $349,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wyoming in June 2020.
