Falling home prices in Montgomery in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Montgomery fell by $49,975 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $431,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $480,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Montgomery in June 2020.
