What happened to the median home price in Glendale during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Glendale fell by $81,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 13 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 31.8% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Glendale in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
