The second quarter of 2021: Northgate experienced a 27.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Northgate rose by $38,500 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 27.9% increase over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Northgate in the second quarter of 2020.
