How did home prices perform in Fairfax during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Fairfax rose by $663 while total sales increased by 233.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,163 - a 0.4% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fairfax in the second quarter of 2020.
