Sharonville home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Sharonville rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Sharonville in the second quarter of 2020.
