The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Reading increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Reading rose by $27,750 while total sales increased by 60.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $157,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Reading in the second quarter of 2020.
