Pricing for the median home in Norwood increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Norwood rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Norwood in the second quarter of 2020.
