Home prices increased in Loveland (Hamilton County) during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $66,750 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 46% increase over the $145,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Loveland in the second quarter of 2020.
