How did home prices perform in Dent during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Dent rose by $93,000 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 65.5% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Dent in the second quarter of 2020.
