The second quarter of 2021: Kenwood experienced a 3.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Kenwood rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $372,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Kenwood in the second quarter of 2020.
