How did home prices perform in Mariemont during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Mariemont rose by $194,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,500 - a 59.1% increase over the $328,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mariemont in the second quarter of 2020.
