The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $232,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,157,500 - a 25.1% increase over the $925,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Indian Hill in the second quarter of 2020.
