On July 12, Geoffrey and Julie Akey purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1100 W. Loveland Ave., Loveland from Adam and Elizabeth Susong for $305,000.

This home last sold for $184,000 on Nov. 2, 2017.

This property is one of six sales so far in Loveland in July 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Elizabeth Erin Susong has been registered to vote since 2017. Adam Garret Susong has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
