This home last sold on July 28, 2018 for $328,000.

So far in July 2021, five properties sold in Madeira.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7086 Shawnee Run Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amanda Kathryn Smith, 34, and Colin Jeffrey Smith, 34.
