On July 28, Jennifer Moore Apanites purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11801 Vaukvalley Lane, Symmes Township from Jeffrey and Jacqueline Craig for $240,100.

This home last sold on April 7, 2017 for $192,500.

So far in July 2021, 18 properties sold in Symmes Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jeffrey B Craig has been registered to vote since 1998. Jacqueline E Craig has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
