The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 10495 Deerfield Road, Montgomery was sold on Aug. 4 by Juan Ed Torres-Reveron and Christine Marie Rovelli for $870,000. The buyers were Ronald B. and Teresa E Hoying.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Montgomery.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Christine Marie Rovelli has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 10495 Deerfield Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christine Marie Rovelli, 35, and Juan Ed Torres Reveron, 46.
