The last time this home sold was Oct. 22, 2015. It last sold for $155,000.

This property is the only sale in Springdale so far in August 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Margaret R Greve has been registered to vote since 2014. Thomas J Greve has been registered to vote since 1999.
