The commercial property at 30 Flanders Lane, Greenhills was sold on Aug. 4 by Fink Housing LLC for $379,300. The buyer was Beryl Trail Proeprty Management LLC.

This property is the only sale in Greenhills so far in August 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 30 Flanders Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Paul Hymer, 31, and Melinda M Bridges, 51.
