On Aug. 3, Steven and Bridget Sipe sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3707 Lonsdale St., Fairfax to Ryan Douglas Wiesman and Hannah Margaret Stalter for $237,000.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fairfax as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Steven T Sipe (24) has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
