On Aug. 2, Kaitlin E Dauner purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3941 Elm Ave., Silverton from Matthew I. Gaston for $260,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Silverton in August 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3941 Elm Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Edward Thomas, 61, and Celessie R Thomas, 81.
