The property at 916 Princeton Drive, Terrace Park was sold on Aug. 2 by Charles P. Campbell for $1,010,000. The buyers were Nickolas and Heather Wunder.

This property last sold for $640,000 on June 11, 2013.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Terrace Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Charles Paul Campbell has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 916 Princeton Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kristen Kay Campbell, 54, and Charles Paul Campbell, 52.
