The last time this home sold was Jan. 18, 2013. It last sold for $33,800.

This property is one of three sales so far in Golf Manor in August 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Samantha Crista Dimeo has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6302 Elbrook Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sheri L Bishop, 71, James D Bishop, 45, and Samantha Crista Dimeo, 40.
