Newtown median home prices fell by 27.4% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Newtown fell by $62,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 27.4% decrease over the $226,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newtown in July 2020.
