Loveland (Hamilton County) median home prices rose by 36.5% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $69,750 while total sales increased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 36.5% increase over the $191,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Loveland in July 2020.
