Wyoming home prices fell in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Wyoming fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 8.6% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Wyoming in July 2020.
