July 2021: Home prices in Amberley Village fell

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Amberley Village fell by $3,750 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $328,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Amberley Village in July 2020.
