What happened to the median home price in Kenwood during July 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Kenwood rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $392,500 - a 22.7% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kenwood in July 2020.
