July 2021: Madeira experienced a 17.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Madeira rose by $61,425 while total sales remained unchanged with 22 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $403,925 - a 17.9% increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Madeira in July 2020, as well.
