Median home prices in Glendale rose to $442,500 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Glendale rose by $196,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,500 - a 79.5% increase over the $246,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glendale in July 2020, as well.
