Terrace Park home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Terrace Park rose by $487,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 144.5% increase over the $337,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Terrace Park in July 2020.
