The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 4238 Leonard Ave., St. Bernard was sold on Aug. 18 by Raeanne R Horn for $220,000. The buyer was Katherine Allison.

So far in August 2021, 15 properties sold in St. Bernard.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 4238 Leonard Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Raeanne R Brown, 40, and Sean Patrick Brown, 40.
