The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2966 Laverne Drive, Northbrook was sold on Aug. 16 by Audrey Richards for $125,000. The buyer was Andrew Jacob Hyde.

So far in August 2021, nine properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Audrey L Richards (38) has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
