On Aug. 24, John and Jill Romick Fialko purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3115 John Gray Road, Colerain Township from Robert J. and Tamiki M. Parks for $200,495.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 4, 2014. It last sold for $116,875.

So far in August 2021, 14 properties sold in Colerain Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Robert Jason Parks has been registered to vote since 2012. Tamiki M Parks has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
