The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 9252 Comstock Drive, Northbrook was sold on Aug. 25 by Michael L. Sturgill and Anne Henderson Hillary for $150,000. The buyer was Ryan A. Harrison.

So far in August 2021, nine properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 9252 Comstock Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Danny W Singleton, 70, Danny W Singleton, 47, Lesli a Singleton, 48, and Jacob Wayne Singleton, 23.
