The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 12172 Spalding Drive, Pleasant Run was sold on Aug. 24 by Koppakande Sumanajothi for $112,500. The buyers were Jeffrey T. and Joanna Weingartner.

So far in August 2021, six properties sold in Pleasant Run.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 12172 Spalding Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dorothy Dupee, 50, and Christie Renee McIntosh, 46.
