This property last sold on Aug. 24, 2015 for $173,000.

This property is one of seven sales so far in Blue Ash in September 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Matthew D Schnee has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 4834 Myrtle Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Melissa E Klotz, 43, Jeremy Klotz, 47, Renee Lauren Schnee, 31, and Matthew D Schnee, 32.
